Most of all, I don't want you to look back on your wedding photos and remember that your laughter was faked for the photo, that you embraced your grandma because the photographer told you to or that you drank a drink you didn't even like because it looked cute for photos. That is why I go about capturing wedding days with a mostly documentary approach. Need a little bit of direction during portraits? I totally get it and can certainly give you that! But for the better part of the day I will just be there, quietly observing and capturing real moments as they unfold, without interrupting. I want you to experience your wedding day in a way that is authentic to you, and I will be there to capture it in all it's realness.
